Washington Mud Bugs

Mission:

We are a Spokane based four wheel drive club that welcomes all who want to wheel. Whatever is in your driveway, whether it is the family suv or a purpose built trail only vehical, the only thing we ask is that you have fun! We meet monthly and have runs at least twice a month, or more often as needed. We are families that have fun with our families. We are not biased to who you bring. Four Wheeling is a great hobby that gets you into nature and away from the stresses of life.

New comers:

Four Wheeling is a fun and safe way to spend some family time away from the tv. We all are just average people that do not make a ton of money so our rigs are Home Built Stock or slightly modified vehicles that we keep up and drive daily. Do not expect to find a 50,000 dollar rig here! We wheel all kinds of rigs, such as Durangos, Jeeps, Pickups, Samurais, and whatever else has Four Wheel drive and is safe for the most part.

What if I get stuck:

Well that will cost ya 25 cents and a picture on our web site. Yes, 25 cents is a small fee. We are here to have fun not break the bank.

What if I roll my rig:

Well this can happen. This sport is taxing on your vehicle. We will do our best to keep this from occurring. If things get tippy lots of us are good spotters and there is always the strap to try to keep the vehicle from going over (that also costs 25 cents).

If you are not sure whether four wheeling is for you:

Come meet us at the orv park and right seat. YES, sit in the passenger seat and see weather you want to do this or not. We almost always have a seat or two open to go for a ride.

You say that you have a stock ride with street tires:

That is a great place to start. Stock is nice, you can see what your vehicle has to offer. You can go up that hill or play in the mud a little to see how much you want to add to your rig. We will be more than happy to go out and see what your truck or suv can do.

What is required to Four Wheel:

Well that is a broad question. The basics are:

1. A Four Wheel Drive truck, suv, or you name it! With a roll bar or factory hard top.
2. A tow strap at least 20,000 lb cap 25ft long.
3. Sturdy tow points front and rear most veh have these stock.
4. Our club runs C.B. radios on chanel 4 this is not a requirement but is nice.
5. NO DRINKING on the trail! Keep that around the camp fire.
6. Please No Junky cars that you want to bash up and leave there, that is just not cool.
7. And lastly, bring an open mind. This is a chance to see what the vehicle was desgined for.
